As Nigeria marks its 66th Independence Anniversary, ReachOut Nigeria with Rhapsody of Realities has unveiled plans to distribute 100 million copies of the Christian devotional across the country as the annual campaign marks its 20th edition.
The nationwide campaign, organised by Loveworld Nation, will target all 774 local government areas, reaching adults, youths, teenagers, children and people with accessibility needs in cities, towns, villages and hinterlands.
The 2026 edition, themed “Celebrating 20 Years of Impact, Taking Rhapsody to Every Man’s World,” will combine mass distribution of the devotional with evangelism, humanitarian interventions and community-development projects throughout October.
According to the organisers, the campaign, which began in 2007, was established to inspire hope, promote patriotism and empower Nigerians through the message of God’s Word.
Over the past two decades, ReachOut Nigeria said it had expanded beyond the distribution of Rhapsody of Realities to include potable-water projects, support for schools and libraries, healthcare interventions, renovation and support for public institutions, as well as other community-development initiatives.
At the centre of the campaign is Rhapsody of Realities, authored by Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, which the organisers said is currently available in 8,123 languages and more than 4,000 dialects.
The devotional is distributed in print, digital, audio, Braille and Sign Language formats, with adult, teenage and children’s editions designed to reach people across different age groups and accessibility needs.
As part of activities for the 20th edition, organisers said the devotional would be distributed in indigenous Nigerian languages and multiple formats, with the campaign targeting 1,009 Nigerian languages, 650 of which are already represented in print.
The organisers also announced plans to provide 200 boreholes in 200 communities as part of efforts to leave tangible community assets alongside the nationwide campaign.
The October activities will be driven through what organisers described as 10 Dimensions of Impact, covering crusades, church growth, community transformation, community reading outreaches, street expressions, conferences, media and exhibitions, concerts and praise experiences, sports and youth activities, professional outreach, and school programmes.
Nigerians are expected to witness community and End-time Crusades, school outreaches, reading outreaches, carnivals, floats and processions, concerts, sports and youth activities, conferences and exhibitions.
The programme will also feature a National Day of Prayer and 31 consecutive days of the ReachOut Nigeria Live Show.
A special ReachOut Nigeria Symposium is scheduled for October 30 to showcase the campaign’s two-decade journey, community interventions, innovations and stories of lives reportedly transformed through the initiative.
The organisers said the 2026 campaign would extend into offices, shops, schools, barracks, communities and public transportation systems, including buses, trains and airplanes, as part of efforts to take the devotional into different spheres of Nigerian society.
ReachOut Nigeria said the 20th edition was both a celebration of its two-decade journey and a renewal of its commitment to its founding vision of transforming lives through the Word of God while encouraging Nigerians to contribute to the development of their communities and the nation.
“Twenty years. 100 million copies: Taking Rhapsody to Every Man’s World,” the organisers said..
