A diligent and highly respected police officer, Aka Shittu, has been decorated with his new rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) at a ceremony held at the Lagos State Police Command Headquarters, GRA, Ikeja.
The decoration was performed by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Olohundare Jimoh Moshood, who was assisted by other senior officers of the command.

The brief but significant ceremony attracted colleagues, friends, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the officer’s well-deserved elevation in the Nigeria Police Force.
Speaking at the event, CP Moshood congratulated ACP Shittu on the new rank, describing the promotion as a recognition of his diligence, professionalism, and commitment to duty.

He urged the newly decorated officer to see the elevation as a call to greater service and responsibility in the task of ensuring the safety of lives and property.

ACP Shittu, who has built a reputation for dedication and discipline in police B Department, operations in the course of his career, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Nigeria Police Force for finding him worthy of the promotion. He also appreciated his colleagues and family members for their unwavering support.
The decoration ceremony marks another milestone in ACP Shittu’s policing career as he continues to contribute to the service and security of the nation.
