The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, has reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to national security with his attendance at the commissioning of major projects in Ogun State.
At the event, security took centre stage as new patrol vehicles and electric motorbikes were unveiled to strengthen policing operations across the state.

IGP Disu commended the Ogun State Government for prioritising security, noting that the newly acquired assets would enhance rapid response and improve patrol efficiency.
He stressed the importance of collaboration between the police, state authorities, and the Federal Government in tackling emerging security challenges.

The police boss assured residents of the Force’s readiness to protect lives and property while calling on the public to support security agencies by reporting suspicious activities.
The Force also appreciated the Ogun State Governor and other dignitaries for their support in advancing security initiatives.
