The Chief Executive Officer of Razor Media Group, Odita Sunday-Udemaguna, has celebrated the Publisher of Swift Reporters, Adewole Kehinde, popularly known as Kenny Adewole, on his 50th birthday.
Sunday-Udemaguna, in a birthday tribute, described Adewole as a “consistent trailblazer, astute newsman and passionate professional” whose dedication to journalism has earned him respect within the Nigerian media industry.
He said Adewole’s career had been defined by courage, consistency and a commitment to credible and impactful journalism.
Adewole, a media professional and publisher, previously served as Media Officer in the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
He was also a co-initiator of the Nigeria Police Force Social Media Unit, an initiative that reflected his understanding of the growing role of digital communication in modern policing and public engagement.
His professional contributions have also earned him the Nigeria Silent Heroes Award.
Reflecting on Adewole’s journey, Sunday-Udemaguna said the celebrant had every reason to be grateful for his achievements and the positive impact he had made through journalism.
“At 50, you have every reason to look back with gratitude for the milestones achieved and the lives positively impacted through your journalism,” he said.
He added that Adewole’s “resilience, innovative spirit and unwavering commitment to credible and impactful journalism” had distinguished him as a force in the profession.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sunday-Udemaguna praised Adewole’s humility, camaraderie and willingness to support the growth of others.
He said, “Beyond your achievements, your humility, camaraderie and willingness to contribute to the growth of others make you a worthy colleague and friend.”
Sunday-Udemaguna wished the celebrant good health, greater accomplishments, wisdom and fulfilment as he begins what he described as a new chapter of his life.

“May this new chapter open the doors to greater opportunities and establish you firmly among the greats who have made enduring contributions to Nigerian journalism,” he said.
He added, “Happy 50th Birthday, Kenny Adewole! May your golden years be filled with joy, prosperity and remarkable achievements.”
