The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, on Monday visited the residence where retired broadcaster, Ms. Kitan Oyesiku, and her security guard were found dead, as police announced the recovery of the Lexus RX300 earlier reported missing from the scene.
The visit formed part of intensified efforts by the Command to unravel the circumstances surrounding the deaths and accelerate ongoing investigations into the incident that has drawn public attention.
During the on-the-spot assessment, CP Ojajuni inspected the premises and received operational briefings from detectives handling the case. He reaffirmed the Command’s determination to pursue all available leads and ensure that those behind the incident are identified, apprehended, and brought to justice.

In a significant development, police operatives recovered the missing Lexus RX300 during overnight operations. The vehicle has since been secured as an exhibit to support ongoing investigative processes.
The Commissioner of Police also commiserated with the family of the deceased and assured residents of Ogun State that the Command remains fully committed to resolving the case.
According to him, all available resources are being deployed to track down those responsible, adding that investigations have recorded notable progress and that further updates will be communicated as developments unfold.
