The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Olohundare Jimoh, has decorated eighty (80) newly promoted officers serving within the Command with their new ranks.
The officers were elevated from the rank of Inspector to Assistant Superintendent of Police II (ASP II).

Emphasising discipline, respect for human rights and community-oriented policing, he charged the officers to see the promotion as a call to greater responsibility and renewed commitment, stressing that the reward for hard work is more work.

CP Jimoh also expressed appreciation to the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, and the Police Service Commission for motivating officers through timely promotions, noting that the gesture boosts morale and enhances quality policing.
